Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support and

ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and applications.

• Manage Active Directory, O365, user accounts, and access rights.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.

• Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within SLA.

• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and system setup.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

• Provide VIP support to CEO and Directors.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.

• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, O365, hardware, and basic

networking.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
