Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer | Technical Support Specialist L1.5, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support to resolve desktop computer and printer issues, troubleshooting hardware problems, and assisting end-users with a variety of technical concerns. Responsibilities include diagnosing and addressing technical issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime and excellent user satisfaction while maintaining computer hardware and related peripherals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Printer Support
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Ability to provide excellent end-user support and handle technical queries
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IT best practices and service management frameworks
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is advantageous
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are a plus
