Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware/software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Resolve network issues involving TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless connectivity
  • Reimage and rebuild systems using tools like MDT, Ghost, or Sysprep
  • Maintain documentation, manage inventory, and handle IT asset requests

Key Deliverables:

  • Timely resolution of end-user technical issues
  • Accurate ticket logging and incident documentation

Installation and maintenance of Windows-based environmentsRole Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Perform PC reimaging, hardware upgrades, and Windows OS support
  • Handle LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network troubleshooting
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to users at all levels

Key Deliverables:

  • Timely resolution of end-user IT issues with complete documentation
  • Execution of imaging and reimaging tasks using tools like MDT and Sysprep
  • Inventory control and IT asset management per company guidelines
  • Maintenance of systems security through patching and antivirus updates

  • Adherence to IT asset procurement and inventory policies
