Role Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware/software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Resolve network issues involving TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless connectivity
- Reimage and rebuild systems using tools like MDT, Ghost, or Sysprep
- Maintain documentation, manage inventory, and handle IT asset requests

- Timely resolution of end-user technical issues
- Accurate ticket logging and incident documentation
Installation and maintenance of Windows-based environmentsRole Responsibilities:
