We at Coforge are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to support IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for Desktops and laptop Barcode and MRP printers.
• Handheld, fixed, and RF scanners.
• Ensure smooth functioning of production line IT infrastructure with minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Monitor and manage tickets within defined SLAs and escalate when required.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for issue resolution
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and solutions
• Support a high-availability environment with a quick turnaround time
