Job Description

Desktop L2 Profile Job Description:

  • Candidate should have at least 2.5 years experience.
  • Service now tools
  • How many types of case priority are there

What priority cases do you handle:

  • Good knowledge with the Technical and VIP user handling
  • Compliance Part as well ( Bit Locker , Security , Antivirus , Patch etc,)
  • Candidate should have experience in managing BitLocker, BSOD, Network Printer Installation, SCCM, SLA, MS Office, One Drive, end-user devices, remote applications and OS such as Windows.
  • Candidate should have experience in Active directory.
  • Candidate should have experience in VPN Tunnels and Proxy etc.
  • Candidate should have knowledge on ticketing tool and Incident management.
  • Candidate troubleshooting sills.
  • Candidate should have knowledge in new system configuration, IMAC checklist
  • Candidate should be a graduate.
