Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle issues pertaining to desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows/macOS OS, hardware, drivers, and performance issues
  • Support O365 / Outlook / Teams / OneDrive related issues
  • Manage Active Directory (user creation, group policy, password reset, OU management)
  • Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, IP conflicts)
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and security patches
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware warranty and replacements
  • Support AV/VC equipments (conference rooms, projectors)
  • Ensure endpoint security compliance (AV & DLP agents)
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and asset records
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Provide root cause analysis and preventive actions for recurring issues
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic macOS support
  • Knowledge of endpoint security tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Fluency in Kannada and English is highly preferred for local coordination; optional Hindi & Tamil will be advantage.
  • Ready to relocate near the factory site
