Desktop Support Engineer L1 and L2

Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who has experience in Windows environment.

Skillset:

Outlook Configuration, Printers and Scanners management & troubleshooting, Outlook email troubleshooting, Active directory, DHCP, DNS and ticketing tool experience

Should be able to handle VIP users and good communication in English is mandate.
