We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and applications.
Assist in setting up user accounts and permissions.
Maintain and update inventory of IT assets.
Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting.
