We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, ensuring that all desktop systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems and applications.
• Document support issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance and user experience.
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies and software.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
