Job Accountabilities
- First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available
- Provide desktop and Laptop support.
- Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications
- Handling ITSM Tool and Allocating the tickets to the right resolver group
- Providing Support for MAC related calls
- Providing Support for Mobile Device
- Installation of Business-related software
- Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- Hardware & OS knowledge
- Software application knowledge,
- ITIL Knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Network,
- Apple products
- -MCSE or similar
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
- BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT
- Preference will be accorded to candidates having completed certifications in MCSA/ MCSE.
