Job Title: Desktop Engineer

Experience: 25 Years

  • Job Accountabilities -
  • Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated,
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide desktop and Laptop support
  • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
  • Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
  • Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
  • Completing internal user moves
  • Providing support for MAC and PC
  • Installing specific softwares, authorized by the company
  • Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
  • Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..)
  • Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager

  • Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) Troubleshooting Skills, Windows Operating Systems Knowledge, Computer Networking Concepts

  • Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) - BE / B Sc-IT / B.Tech
  • Experience 1 to 3 yrs
