Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues, ensuring stable connections and minimal downtime.
  • Advise on and implement software or hardware upgrades to improve system efficiency.
  • Provide technical support, addressing issues and offering solutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • UG/PG degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, IT).
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
