Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Desktop Support Engineer located in Purushottampur. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and hardware peripherals. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, ensuring optimum hardware functionality, resolving printer-related problems, and offering timely technical support to end-users. The role will also involve installing and maintaining hardware and software to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Technical Support for day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Expertise in Printer Support and maintenance, including resolving hardware and software connectivity issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to computer hardware to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Basic understanding of networking and system configuration is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role and a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
