Desktop Support Engineer

Outlook / O365 Installation & traoubleshooting - basic knowledge Desktop / Laptop

 should know how to troubleshoot the issue at windows level. Ticketing tool knowledge

OS-Windows 2010,2011, server, Linux, MAC OS-Windows 2010,2011 - engineer should have knowledge about how to install and troubleshoot OS after backup. Server - Patch management, AD, VMware,Cloud Understanding & basic installation of  Server - Patch management, basic knowledge of AD will be advance.
