Role Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Desktop Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, assisting users with technical support issues, and resolving hardware and printer-related problems. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that all technical issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with team members to improve IT support, and documenting issues and solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware setup and maintenance
  • Solid experience with Technical Support, including assisting end-users with various IT-related issues
  • Competency in Printer Support and resolving printing and connectivity problems
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Relevant certifications such as A+ Certification or equivalent are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
