Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for desktop systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of desktop hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including networking issues.
- Assist users with desktop-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
- Maintain and manage inventory of desktop hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement hardware solutions and improve system performance.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows system administration and desktop troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware solutions and computer networking .
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of
2,00,000 . The work schedule is during the day, and the position is based on-site in the following locations:
Bhiwandi, Pune, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai City . We have
