  • Installation & trouble shooting of Operating Systems & applications
  • Antivirus configuration & troubleshooting
  • Domain Environment working Experience
  • Video Conferencing Devices Support hands on Expirence
  • Outlook Mail messaging clients configuration and troubleshooting
  • Desktop peripheral (e.g. Printers & Scanners) drivers installation, configuration and
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user devices incidents
  • Maintain and update inventory of the site and send updates to Asset Coordinator.
  • Assistance to central server and network team to resolve issues.
