Job Description

  • Operating Systems: Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux.

  • Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations, Firewall, Switch.

  • Software & Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with applications, printers, and peripherals.

  • Active Directory & Office 365: Managing user accounts, permissions, and email configurations

  • Asset Tracking: Keeping an inventory of all IT assets, including computers, servers, and software licenses.
