Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (Contractual Role)
Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Gurugram
Experience: 1-2 Years
Contract Duration: 612 Months
Work Mode: Work from Office (6 Days/Week)
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore on a contractual basis. If you have hands-on experience in desktop support and enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops & peripherals
Perform laptop reimaging & Windows OS installations (Win 10/11)
Manage user accounts in Active Directory (password resets, access management)
Troubleshoot basic network issues (ping, ipconfig, tracert, nslookup)
Install & support MS Office, Outlook, and other applications
Assist in onboarding/offboarding & IT asset management
Requirements:
1+ years of Desktop / IT Support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS & hardware troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking & Active Directory
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
