Job Description
•
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10 & Microsoft Office (2007 to 2022 & O365) and other authorized desktop applications.
•
Installation and maintenance of Desktops and Laptops in workgroup and domain model.
•
Implementing, managing, monitoring and troubleshooting hardware devices and drivers.
•
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
•
Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
•
Installation and troubleshooting of client applications
•
Handling IT asset stock and maintain IT inventory records.
•
Installation and configuration of Outlook and troubleshooting mail problems.
•
Installation of Antivirus and troubleshooting virus related problems.
•
Troubleshooting of general networking issues.
•
Handling remote desktop connection thorough VNC, anydesk, ammyy admin, TeamViewer etc.
•
Installation of Active directory tool and work on it.
•
Replacing faulty motherboards, SMPS, RAM, HDD, CD-ROM etc...
•
Provide L1 support, Remote support, co-ordination with users
