Global Publishing Company is hiring highly skilled 

DTP (Desktop Publishing) Professional  

Location: Gurgaon

Position Overview

The role involves managing file integrity and prepress operations for assigned products from inception through finalization and business approval on proofs.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline

• Degree/Diploma in Graphics, Publishing, Printing 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready PDFs from designer mechanicals and InDesign files

• Perform preflight checks on print PDFs

• Upload and archive prepress jobs

• Troubleshoot file and font-related issues while coordinating with Manufacturing, Design, and Production teams

• Manage reprint corrections and vendor coordination

• Maintain reports and manufacturing-related data

• Handle file setup, transfers, corrections, and related activities

• Provide operational support to Manufacturing Directors as required

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal English is mandatory

• Extensive subject knowledge in prepress, printing, and publishing workflows

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Knowledge of preflight processes, color management, and prepress automation tools like Pitstop preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environments

• Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills

• Flexible to coordinate occasionally with US teams
