RWDI is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a full-time Project Manager in our Trivandrum office.
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the engineering consulting sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects, coupled with a strong aptitude for cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
The Role Includes But Is Not Limited To
- Effectively sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating new business Developing working relationships with clients Meeting and exceeding client expectations and project milestones Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines concurrently Writing / Developing and tracking proposals Managing financial activities of the project including tracking revenue, issuing invoices and recovering receivables Assembling and guiding a team towards meeting project objectives Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded and meet company standards and project scope Solving challenging design problems in consultation with engineering, architectural and industrial clients Consulting with engineers and architects to answer technical questions Providing advice on technical problems and following the appropriate QA/QC Procedures Time management will be essential. Flexible working hours is provided and communication across time zones will be necessary.
