Key Responsibilities
- Utilize computer skills to effectively operate HRIS and other software systems for recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates, demonstrate strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), and make informed decisions on hiring.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
- Utilize MS-Office programs such as Excel and Word to manage data and documents efficiently, showcasing strong multitasking abilities.
- Solve problems efficiently by analyzing HR data, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers, organizing job postings, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to support talent management initiatives, demonstrating strong teamwork skills and contributing to overall HR strategy.
