Job Description

Key Responsibilities

User ID creation, modification, deactivation, unlocking, and password reset activities.

User privilege management and access rights administration.

Creation and maintenance of privilege groups.

ITSM ticket logging and closure management.

Support in SOP preparation and User Management documentation.

Date and time synchronization of manufacturing equipment.

Recipe management activities.

System backup and restoration support.

Maintaining authorized user lists.

Applying Windows security controls on manufacturing equipment.

Audit trail review support.

User management review support for QA teams.

Support during software validation activities.

CAPA and deviation handling support.

SOP training support.

Manufacturing equipment qualification support.

Technical support during machine breakdowns.

Audit trail review through Admin IDs post batch completion.

Inkjet printer message editing through Admin access.

Parameter setting modifications in machines/instruments through Admin IDs.

Monthly Moisture Analyzer calibration support.

HMI unlock activities for FBE machines through Admin access.

Requirements

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Windows systems and desktop troubleshooting.

Understanding of user access management and password policies.

Exposure to Pharma/Manufacturing IT systems preferred.

Knowledge of SOP documentation and compliance processes preferred.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in shift operations.

Additional Notes

Candidates should be comfortable working in regulated manufacturing environments .

Shift-based deployment will be applicable.

Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
