Qualification: BE/B.Tech Computer/IT
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
- Experience resolving software, hardware, and basic network issues.
- Practical experience with Active Directory, user account management, and MFA.
- Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow & Jira
- Experience with remote support tools (SCCM remote assistant, Remote Desktop, etc.).
Additional Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Thorough understanding of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & VLAN
- Good to have knowledge of IT project management
- Good Communication skills
