Role And Responsibilities
As a Desktop Engineer at Kezan Consulting, you will be responsible for handling all hardware and networking related issues for our systems. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. You will also provide support for software installation, updates, and configuration. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and provide technical assistance to employees.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of hardware and networking concepts is essential. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also required. Additionally, certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) will be advantageous.
