Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Desktop Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, scanner, and peripheral-related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates.
  • Support IP telephony systems and call center agent workstations.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Network Support

  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
  • support switches, routers, access points
  • Manage network cabling, patch panels, and rack equipment.
  • Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, VPN, and TCP/IP-related issues.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and hardware issues.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.

Call Center IT Support

  • Provide technical support for dialer systems, CRM applications, and call recording systems.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of agent desktops, headsets, and IP phones.
  • Support shift-based operations and emergency troubleshooting when required.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience with switches, routers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and email administration.
  • Familiarity with IP telephony and VoIP systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
