Roles & Responsibility

Technical Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows platform troubleshooting, including desktop and server environments.
Experience handling Antivirus Server, File Server, Active Directory (AD), and DNS configuration & troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, networking devices, etc.).
Working knowledge of system monitoring and routine maintenance.
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and related commands.

Skills Required
