Role: Desktop App Engineer - M365, Intune Admin, O365

Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years

Walkin Location: Hyderabad

Interview Date: 27th June 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Interview Venue: TCS Deccan Park, Plot No 1, Software Units Layout, Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081, Telangana, opposite Cyber Gateway.

Must Have:

• Application Engineering: Support end-user productivity applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, JAMF, W365, Azure Virtual Desktop) with customization, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.

• Vulnerability Management: Manage and remediate vulnerabilities on Windows 10/11 and Mac workstations, including third-party applications (Adobe, Java, etc.).

• Client Needs Analysis: Work closely with users and business teams to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions.

• Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance for application-related issues, escalating as required.

• Implementation & Deployment: Plan, configure, and implement software applications, including upgrades, patching, and deployments across enterprise environments.

• Testing & Debugging: Test, debug, and validate applications to ensure stability, security, and compliance with quality standards.

• Collaboration: Partner with development, project management, and QA teams to ensure successful software rollouts and business outcomes.

• Documentation: Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, installation manuals, and knowledge articles.

Good to Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and desktop engineering.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 and Mac OS workstation management.
• Good knowledge of vulnerability management tools and processes (experience with Tanium preferred).
• Experience in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user applications like Adobe, Java, and other third-party tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, patching, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Essential:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
