Design Engineer (EMC)

Location: Kolhapur

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking a Design Engineer (EMC) with strong experience in product design and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and improving engineering designs using SolidWorks, CAD, and CAE tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D models, technical drawings, and design concepts using SolidWorks/CAD.
  • Analyze project requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
  • Perform simulations, prototype evaluations, and design validations.
  • Identify and resolve design-related issues through analysis and testing.
  • Maintain BoMs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
  • Support design reviews, cost proposals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for project execution.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD modeling, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with CAE tools and design simulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
