What you'll do
- Design high-end marketing sites and product UI in Figma (components, Auto Layout, responsive states, dev-ready handoff).
- Turn brand direction into crisp visual assets (social posts, pitch decks, campaign graphics) without hand-holding.
- Collaborate tight with devs and PMsclear specs, sensible breakpoints, export discipline, QA on staging.
- Iterate based on feedback and performance data; ship small improvements weekly rather than waiting for the big revamp.
- Maintain and evolve design systems across projects.
What we're looking for (must-haves)
- 12 years of professional design experience (agency, startup, or serious freelance).
- A portfolio that shows taste: typography, hierarchy, spacing, and real constraints.
- Figma fluency (components, variants, tokens mindset).
Nice to have
- Motion (Lottie/AE), basic video editing, illustration/3D, Webflow/Framer,
- Experience with marketing funnels or product analytics to inform design decisions.
- Comfort with brand systems and rapid content production.
