About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Designer who can elevate the visual quality of Quesrow's consulting reports, presentations, dashboards, and internal communication assets. The role involves creating clean, professional design layouts, templates, charts, and data-driven visuals that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format consulting reports, deliverables, presentations, and proposals.
- Create charts, infographics, icons, and data visualisations for research outputs.
- Develop and maintain brand-aligned templates (PPT, Word, dashboards, internal docs).
- Work closely with consultants, analysts, and HR/people teams to convert raw content into clear, visually compelling outputs.
- Improve consistency and readability across all Quesrow reports.
- Support internal design needs (posters, event creatives, communication pieces).
- Ensure timely delivery with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (PPT skills are must-have).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to simplify complex data into clean charts and visuals.
- Experience designing for consulting, research, or corporate teams is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines with high quality and consistency.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Excel for chart creation.
- Experience standardizing templates or building design systems.
- Exposure to corporate branding guidelines.
