Job Title: Designer
Location: Mhow (Indore, MP)
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to develop engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The role requires a strong blend of graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing skills to support branding, marketing, and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create social media creatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Develop print materials and magazine advertisements
- Create LED and large-format visuals for outdoor and on-site branding
- Produce motion graphics and edit videos for digital campaigns
- Design corporate presentations with a professional and impactful visual approach
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW (preferred for print design work)
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly is an added advantage
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour theory)
- Ability to deliver high-quality creatives within tight timelines
- Capability to manage multiple projects and formats simultaneously
- Knowledge of print-ready file preparation and coordination with vendors
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or above in any discipline (Design/Visual Arts preferred)
