About the Job:
We're looking for a Designer & No-Code Developer (Webflow specialist) to join our team and help us ship fast, high-quality web experiences. Sitting at the intersection of design and development, you will translate ideas into working products using AI-generated prototypes, no-code tools, and thoughtful manual refinement.
Our workflow is speed-first: we create quick AI-generated prototypes with rough content, gather stakeholder feedback, and then fine-tune and polish the experience in Webflow. We're looking for someone who is deeply comfortable using AI tools, pre-built templates, and smart shortcutsand knows when and how to refine them manually or extend them with code to achieve production-ready quality.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Prototyping & Execution
- Rapidly create AI-generated prototypes (structure, layouts, rough content) to explore ideas and validate direction quickly
- Iterate on these prototypes based on stakeholder feedback and refine them into polished, production-ready Webflow builds
- Leverage AI tools, pre-existing templates, component libraries, and automation to minimize build time without compromising quality
- Continuously evolve our workflow to make design-to-deployment faster and smarter
No-Code Development (Webflow)
- Build, deploy, and manage responsive web pages, sites, and applications using Webflow
- Maintain and update existing pages, components, and CMS collections
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and Finsweet Client-First
- Understand, document, and improve our design system to increase long-term efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve technical or performance challenges within no-code constraints
- Use custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when and where requiredespecially in cases where Webflow's native no-code capabilities do not fully support the desired interaction, behavior, or integration
- Optimize functionality, performance, and scalability across user groups
Design & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive UI/UX experiences
- Develop and refine high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Apply strong UI/UX fundamentals to elevate AI-generated or template-based outputs
- Stay up to date with design trends, no-code best practices, and emerging AI workflows
Core Qualifications:
- Native fluency in Webflow and Figmayou understand these tools inside out
- Strong experience fine-tuning layouts, interactions, and responsiveness in Webflow
- Comfort extending no-code builds with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed
- Solid UI/UX design fundamentals and visual sensibility
- Comfort working with AI-powered tools for prototyping, content generation, layout exploration, or workflow acceleration
- Experience building SaaS websites or applications
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie, or similar is a bonus
Experience
- 5 years building websites, of which
- 2+ years of Webflow
- 2+ years of SaaS / B2B websites
