About The Role
We're looking for a
Graphic & Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life across static and motion formats. You'll work closely with our stakeholders to create
brand-led visual content, social media creatives, campaign assets, videos and motion graphics that make our communication more engaging and memorable.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and is equally comfortable creating a compelling social media creative or turning an idea into an engaging animation/video.
Key Resposibilties
- Create high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, digital channels and brand communication.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, reels, videos and explainers.
- Translate briefs into engaging visual concepts and storytelling.
- Edit videos and create animations using typography, transitions, effects, sound and pacing.
- Maintain brand consistency across static, video and motion assets.
- Own creative projects from concept to final execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaign ideation and visual storytelling.
- Adapt creatives across platforms, formats and dimensions.
- Stay updated with design, motion, video and social media trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Motion Design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design + motion/video work.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual hierarchy and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience creating social media and marketing campaign assets.
- Strong motion design and video editing capabilities.
- Ability to independently take a brief from concept to polished final output.
Tools
Proficiency in relevant design and motion tools, including:
Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | After Effects | Premiere Pro | Figma / Canva
Good To Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, technology or marketing brands.
- Experience creating product/explainer videos or campaign films.
- Understanding of social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Exposure to 3D, VFX, illustration, sound design or AI creative tools.
Portfolio Requirement
