Key responsibilities

• Understanding of defining brand guidelines and visual system (typography, color, illustration, photography, iconography) and evangelize them across the org

• Lead creative for growth campaigns — Meta, Google, YouTube, email, push, in-app banners, WhatsApp

• Design and lead video creation

• Oversee agency and freelancer work for quality and brand fidelity

• Develop campaign concepts from brief to launch

• Build a scalable and modular creative, templatised assets

• Own partnership and co-branding creative

• Drive seasonal / festival campaigns with rapid turnaround

Must-have skills AI-enabled design process | Adobe Creative Suite | Brand strategy | Performance creative | Art direction | Campaign design | Typography | Figma
