Role Description The Designer will work on-site in Meerut in a full-time capacity, creating visual assets that support branding, marketing, and communication efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing pharmaceutical artworks, digital and print materials such as brochures, presentations, social media creatives, packaging concepts, and product sheets. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into clear, consistent visual designs.The position may also include supporting website visuals and ensuring that all design work aligns with the company's image in the international pharmaceutical market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in graphic design using Corel Draw is a must. Other software experience is a plus.
• Experience creating marketing and communication materials for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
• Ability to design print-ready collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging concepts.
• Experience in pharma for 5+ years
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
