This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer Cum Project Manager located in Noida. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, managing project submittals, coordinating architectural designs, and planning effective use of spaces. Additionally, the Designer Cum Project Manager will oversee project management phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently.

• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Submittal processes
• Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture
• Hands-on experience and expertise in Project Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in property management or residential projects is a plus
