designer cum merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at Nauria, a women's designer label known for timeless silhouettes, refined details, and effortless luxury. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the luxury or designer clothing segment and be responsible for managing the complete merchandising cycle from sampling coordination to production follow-ups and inventory planning.

candidate should have 35 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury or designer wear segment.Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and finishing.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage the sampling process, fabric approvals, and vendor follow-ups.

Oversee production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of collections.

Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into executable production plans.

Maintain and update production and merchandising trackers for ongoing orders.

Assist in costing, fabric planning, trims management, and purchase order documentation.

Ensure all styles meet brand quality standards before dispatch.

Liaise with external vendors, fabric suppliers, and job workers for timely handovers.

Support in inventory management, order fulfillment, and coordination for photoshoots or exhibitions when required.
