Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Men's Shirt Designer to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to create shirt collections that drive online engagement and sales, blending U.S. Polo Assn.s iconic legacy with innovation for today's digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling men's shirts that reflect U.S. Polo Assn.s brand values and are tailored to online consumer preferences.
- Conduct comprehensive digital trend analysis and market research to inform design choices optimized for e-commerce.
- Develop and deliver detailed technical packs (including sketches and specifications) suitable for high-impact online presentation and digital product launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, digital marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure product appeal and accuracy online.
- Utilize analytics and consumer insights from online channels to enhance collections and meet conversion goals.
- Oversee quality, sustainability, and suitability of all designs for digital platforms, from sample development to final product imagery.
- Support brand storytelling and contribute to omnichannel campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in men's shirt design, with a strong portfolio highlighting successful collections for online/e-commerce markets.
- Deep understanding of digital fashion trends, e-commerce merchandising, and online product storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, etc.).
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, creativity, and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
