Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various products and solutions offered by CAL-ON. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, developing, and refining product designs, collaborating with the R&D team to bring creative ideas to life, and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance the customer experience. The role requires attention to detail and an aptitude for turning technical specifications into visually appealing and practical designs.
Qualifications
- Skills in Graphic Design, Product Design, and creating layouts for hardware interfaces
- Proficiency in Design Software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD tools
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to adapt to evolving design challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience in designing technology-driven or hardware products is an added advantage
