Designer - Branding & Design

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and articulate Graphic Designer to join our studio. You will lead branding and visual identity projects from concept to execution, crafting distinctive brand systems that are both strategic and visually compelling. This role requires strong design expertise along with clear communication skills to confidently present ideas, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of brand identities including logos, typography systems, colour palettes, visual languages, and brand guidelines.

- Translate brand strategy into cohesive, scalable visual systems across touchpoints.

- Design high-quality brand collaterals, presentations, packaging, and digital assets aligned with the overall brand direction.

- Present concepts and design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients.

- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and production teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high creative standards.

- Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and attention to detail across deliverables.

- Participate in client discussions and contribute meaningfully to creative and strategic conversations.

Qualifications:

- 46 years of experience in branding and graphic design within a creative studio or agency environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems and thoughtful design execution.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present and defend design decisions.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage timelines effectively.

- Ability to lead client presentations independently.
