Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer and Sales Associate based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for designing interior spaces, including residential and commercial interiors. providing design consultations to clients. Responsibilities also include driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer needs are met is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design skills, with experience in creating functional and visually appealing spaces
- Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and identify customer needs
- Knowledge of current design trends and experience with design software tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
