Job Description: We are seeking a Design Lead will be responsible for driving brand consistency and creative excellence across packaging, trade marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and digital assets. The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and external agencies to deliver impactful, consumer-led design solutions aligned with brand and business objectives.
What You'll Do Brand & Packaging - Lead design development for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging - Manage new product launches, pack renovations, and SKU adaptations - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory norms, and artwork standards Trade Marketing & Visibility - Design and manage POSM and in-store visibility materials across GT, MT, and E-commerce - Support channel-specific creative requirements to improve shelf impact ATL / BTL / Digital - Oversee creatives for ATL campaigns, print, outdoor, and promotions - Support BTL activations, events, and on-ground marketing initiatives - Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital and social platforms Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Category, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Procurement - Translate brand strategy and consumer insights into effective visual communication Agency & Vendor Management - Manage creative agencies, printers, and packaging vendors - Review creative outputs, manage timelines, and ensure cost and quality control - Handle artwork approvals and final production sign-offs Team Leadership - Lead and mentor in-house design team - Allocate resources across brands and campaigns - Conduct design reviews and capability development What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or related field - 6 to 8 years Strong FMCG brand and packaging design expertise - Deep understanding of print production, materials, finishes, and color management - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills.
