Design Team Lead- Interior Design

Role Description The Design Team Lead – Interior Design will oversee and guide the interior design team through all project phases, from concept development to execution. This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves leading design brainstorming sessions, reviewing and refining design proposals, and ensuring alignment with client needs and project constraints. The role includes coordinating with architects, project managers, and construction teams, preparing and presenting design deliverables, and maintaining quality and consistency across all interior design outputs. The Design Team Lead will manage project timelines, support resource planning, mentor team members, and ensure that designs meet BricoBrick's standards for precision, functionality, and aesthetics. Regular site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with vendors and contractors are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and develop interior designers and cross-functional collaborators.
• Effective Communication skills for client interaction, stakeholder coordination, presentations, and clear documentation.
• Sound Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver interior design projects on time and within scope.
• Expertise in Product Design and interior design concepts, including space planning, materials, finishes, and functional detailing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with construction processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture. With prior experience in leading design teams or complex residential projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct site evaluations, and collaborate closely with project execution teams and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centric design solutions.
