Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Studio Manager, located in Trivandrum. The Design Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of design and business strategy projects. Responsibilities include leading team members, liaising with clients, handling customer service interactions, and supporting sales efforts. The role also encompasses project management, ensuring work aligns with organizational goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven abilities in Team Leadership and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Strong background in Sales with a focus on client relationship building and business development
- Proficiency in Project Management, including organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience in the architecture, design, or related industries is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site with adaptability and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges
