Role Description The Design Studio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing daily studio operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role includes planning and managing design projects, coordinating schedules, and aligning resources to meet client requirements. The manager will lead and mentor the studio team, facilitate clear communication among designers and clients, and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and follow-up. The role also involves supporting sales activities, collaborating on proposals, monitoring project budgets and timelines, and implementing studio processes that improve efficiency and quality.

• Proven Team Leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary studio team.
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management to support business growth and repeat engagements.
• Solid Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple design projects on schedule.
• Background in design, creative services, or related fields; familiarity with design workflows and studio operations.
• Ability to work on-site all over india and abroad, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in design, business, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools and basic understanding of design software environments.
