Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support day to day activities of our Design team
- Maintain and build working relationships with clients
- Manage all aspects of a customer design projects in collaboration with the Design team and the Sales and Production teams
- Ability to manage projects through assessing, prioritising, navigating and quickly adapting to complex situations
- Managing multiple customer design projects with ability to balance and move project quickly and efficiently
- Contributing creative input for design and marketing initiatives and strategic design discussions
- Design and presentation to clients to promote design services
- Ensure design solutions fit manufacturing criteria for quality installations
Skills And Experience
- Leading a design team
- Creative ability with particular regard to colour and design trends
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- 5+ years Design experience
- Design Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills specifically, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Proficient in PC Sketch and New Graphics
