Your role

As a Research and Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing our organization's scientific and engineering capabilities. You will

• Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the industry.
• Ensure that all research and design methodologies comply with scientific and engineering standards.
• Assist in the creation of business plans and budgets for product development.
• Analyze and interpret quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay updated on industry developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for the company and customers.
• Monitor product development to ensure it meets technical, functional, cost, and timing targets.

To succeed, you will need

To excel in this position, you will bring:

• At least 3 years of robust mechanical design experience specializing in automation, tooling, fixtures, or special purpose machinery aligned with industry demands.
• Strong capability in conceptual design paired with hands-on proficiency in mechanical engineering principles and design tools.
• Proven experience collaborating with international customers and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver optimized engineering solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T standards, mechanical design calculations, project management, and execution.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD is highly advantageous to visualize and implement complex designs.
• A proactive, customer-oriented approach that embraces innovative techniques and creative problem-solving for technical challenges.
• Willingness and adaptability to work flexible hours to effectively communicate with global stakeholders across varying time zones.
