Design & Specification Lead - Arqia

Mumbai | 5+ years experience

We're looking for someone who knows the world of architecture, interiors and materials, and knows how to turn a good design conversation into a real specification.

About the Role

• Lead Arqia across India.
• Build relationships with leading architecture and design firms, especially the Top 50.
• Get Arqia into the right conversations, projects and specifications.
• Take projects from mood board to signed specification.
• Work closely with architects and designers to bring the right glass solutions into their projects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture.
• A strong understanding of materials, spatial design and glass.
• Experience working on high-end commercial projects.
• Experience with architectural specifications is a big plus.
• The confidence to sit across the table from Principal Architects and speak their language.
• A good eye for design, and the ability to make things happen.
